âThis is a mostly gay, adult only hotel with big comfy rooms, everything was clean and my room was Hugh with a refrigerator and a sitting area. The staff was great, friendly, easy going and with lots of tips on what to do and where to go. The hotel also offers that little extra to make your stay even better. âBodde hĂ€r en natt dĂ„ vi precis landat och var pĂ„ vĂ€g till Key West. Smidig incheckning, mysig atmosfĂ€r, bra och rent rum. LĂ€get bra i förhĂ„llande till strand, kommunikation. Hade kunnat bo dĂ€r lĂ€ngre. â

Rummet var stort med tvĂ„ dubbelsĂ€ngar, ett kök och liten soffhörna, rĂ€ckte bra för 4personer (2 vuxna och 2 ungdomar 15,18). PĂ„ rummet stod en vagn med 2 solstolar, parasoll och beach handdukar som man kunde köra köra med sig ner till stranden. Man fick Ă€ven lĂ„na fler solstolar el cyklar gratis. âLeslie is a jewel on Miami South Beach. It is located at the best part of Miami Beach in the Art Deco district. The area where everything happens and as close as possible to the beach. Although, the hotel is quiet, calm and with an extremely family atmosphere. A special thanks to EDIN who helped me in an acute situation where my computer turned down. Such things do not happen in ordinary oversized hotels without the special feeling for their customs. Hugely appreciated.

"Fint och rent hotell med utmÀrkt lÀge. GÄngavstÄnd till stranden, butiker och restauranger. Henry i receptionen var en pÀrla. Kommer gÀrna tillbaka. "
"The hotel has a lovely location on mid-beach Miami. The art deco decor is fitting albeit a bit dated. My only real negative is that the rooms have no soundproofing. I woke up from people wispering in the corridor.
Overall happy with the hotel. Great location, ok pool area, lovely beach area!"
"Old and run down hotel with and a dirty pool. Feels like going back to the 80s. We checked out after one night. Calculate about 150 dollars for a breakfast for two adults and two children at the hotel.. Nice ala carte breakfast though.
You were not allowed to drink anything at the pool, but if you lost your towel card, you have to pay $25. Be alert with the hotel butler at the entrance. He "helped" us with a taxi which cost us 100$ and our friends who took an uber paid 25$. When you check in you have to pay a deposit of 285$ of which you only get 200$ back. Miami hustler style with a good location. "

We asked for late check out, as flight home was late, and was given from 11 to 12, anything longer was 50 USD. We explained about the missing wine and the broken refrigerator, late check out became 13 and we got a bottle of wine on the departure day, because we asked - not because they were trying to keep the promises of the booking.
Service is delivery on expectations, good service is delivering above expectations - this hotel don't do any of it.
On top of it there is also a lack of work passion and some rudeness from the reception staff, especially on the check out day.
Last, seeing the comments made from the hotel on other guests reviews that had issues I truly wonder if management have an interest to improve, I'm far from convinced. And as a consequence we are not willing to spend our dollars in the bar nor in the restaurant, which is sad as they are doing a good job and all ok breakfast.
For sure we will not come back and can only recommend others to chose a different hotel where you get more value and service for your money. "
