“Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.”

“We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer. “This unit was looked beautiful on the listing but ultimately was a nightmare irl. I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and there was no hot water and the place has a roach infestation.When I tried to contact VRBO for a resolution they wouldn't give me a refund without "proof" but how do I show proof of cold water and roaches when I was so terrified I killed them immediately? Terrible service, do not waste your time.”

“This was our 5th time at this address and everything was perfect as expected. The host kept us informed on accommodations, amenities, and the hotel staff was excellent. Room was ready on arrival, clean, and well appointed. Highly recommend this property - views are exceptional and proximity to Central Park are top notch. ”
