“The air con was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on. Communication on Expedia was terrible - leaving me to chase the host direct for access information which didn’t come until after I landed”

“Location was great! Communication was poor. It took several days for a response to questions prior to the trip and some never answered. Advertised as sleeping 6, it sleeps 2 comfortably and two in very uncomfortable futons. There is an oversized chair in the living room area, I guess you can sleep one there. We called the number provided for a roll away and never got any response to our message, and never got a roll away. One bathroom had a sink that backs up and the shower wouldn’t stay warm....

“Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.”

“There needs to be someone who can respond to a question. I was stuck there because of the blizzard, so ASAP I was inquiring whether we could extend or not but we had checkout the next day. Didn’t hear back until we had already left and had to find a hotel nearby. ”
