“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

“there no washer/dryer inside this rental. no stove, no glass dishes for coffee etc. no utensils. The sofa is basically fully worn. but beds were ok,The window ac in living room the doing cool air.one bedroom door knob fell off.window blinds bearly working and dirty.”

“Does not accommodate 5 people as described. There was only 1 king bed and 2 small sofas, one was able to lay flat, like a very small futon and the other was just a narrow sofa.”

“It is an old building which doesn’t seem super clean. The host did not respond when I pointed out window was leaking onto the bed. It is really one small bed with a bed in a room attached to it. The bathroom was tiny and takes forever for shower to get hot. It is not worth the price.”

“Beautiful location The view was also beautiful but not quite as spectacular as the one pictured since it is on a lower floor. The staff was wonderful. The pool and gym were superb. My only minor complaint was that the lighting system was quite confusing. Despite the multiple labeling either the switches did not operate properly or they were just a mystery. We had requested a slightly earlier check in. I realized that his was not always feasible but I did not get a straight yes/no answer from the...
