“This unit was fantastic. Everything was so clean. Perhaps the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The appliances are all new and it has everything you need in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were a wonderful added bonus. Missy is an excellent communicator. The book in the unit outlining restaurants, etc is great. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again if we were ever in the beautiful city of Knoxville again.”

“The location was great for walking downtown and to the Old City. Place was quiet and very secure. If you can find a spot to park on the street in front of the building, do so. Otherwise, you have to park up the hill on W. Vine. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would book here again.”

“Super nice quality. Decor was certainly not my style, but I understand it was well thought through. Maybe it's that my room was super small that the decor made me feel claustrophobic, but everything else was excellent. Would have been nice to have access to "real" coffee, but the only place to get that was to pay for it, but the wait looked very long. Service, cleanliness - all very good. Even though it wasn't perfect, I'd stay there all over again for the proximity to campus.”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament with our daughter and her team. The hotel was a quick 2 min walk to the convention center. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet started early at 6a so the the team had time to eat before walking to the convention center. many negative comments about the traffic noise but we always travel with a white noise machine so we had no issues with noise. we had a great stay! ”

“We have stayed here a lot when coming to Tennessee. The cleanliness is on spot . Breakfast every morning in lobby . Friendly staff . They have pool and kids wading pool is awesome . The only thing I haven't seen for smokers is a designated area to smoke. I would like to see one in the future with some type of roof where the guests don't get drenched in the rain . And it would be away from others that doesn't smoke . I respect they don't want to be around it . ”
