“Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, the room was clean, had all the essentials and the area was quiet for a weekend (which was great for us) we really enjoyed how close we were to the downtown and that we could walk anyehere. Very convenient. Would definitely stay again”

“Eden's reef felt like being in Paradise! House was just as advertised, possibly better, which is rarely the case. Host was extremely responsive & accomodating. Location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of beach accessories included. Everything was very clean. We would definitely plan on booking again!”

“We had the best time staying in this amazing property! There was a ton of great stuff within walking distance (beach/bars/stores/coffee/etc) and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing and we loved the decor. Highly recommend!”

“This was hands down the best - stocked rental we’ve ever had. Bringing kids to the beach is so much easier and more fun when you have chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, etc. The location can’t be beat, if you’re looking for a full house with a pool, but love to be near the beach. We had the best time! ”

“Love the location with easy access to the magnificient beach . Every morning i went walking on the beach . The house is very cute , well organised , big kitchen , very clean , and as advertised . The neighborhood is quiet with lots of nice trees .The A1A is beside the house but the noise level is fine ..Ricardo is a great host ! Very easy to communicate !”

“This was a short notice stay due to an overbooking at a resort we were suppose to stay at in Pompano and this was much better. The house is very accomodating for 5 mostly adult people. Very spacious inside and out. Had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus. Access to the beach was a 3 min walk. Would definitely stay there again if needed.”

“Communication with the owner was easy and punctual. The condo was clean and the perfect setup for our family. The easy access to the beach was very convenient, and we loved the food and ambiance at the tiki bar. We would come back! ”

“Overall great experience. Everything needed was provided: chairs, umbrella, beach cart / wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. If I had to give a negative it would be that the main bedroom is a walkway to the other two bedrooms and the mattress was not the most comfortable. ”

“Perfect for my 2 sons & their families (5 boys) and my wife & I (11 total). A block from a great beach, the pool and game room provided endless hours of fun, what a set-up! Rode the bikes almost every day. Casual restaurants nearby Arubas on the beach, a bit fancier Shooters on the Intercoastal, and then there’s always Las Olas Blvd—block after block of incredible fine dining. Wow. ”

"Nytt favorithotell i fort lauderdale för dig som vill ha en lägenhet med egen ytterdörr direkt ut. Barnvänligt poolområde, trevlig personal och bara en kort promenad till stranden. Ytterligare några steg bort ligger det restauranger. Gångavstånd till både walgreens och lite längre bort publix. Kan varmt rekomendera att bo här."

"En tidskapsel några år bakåt i tiden men fullt funktionellt och rent. Fantastiskt vänliga, sociala och omhändertagande ägare. Saknas något på rummet så säg till så löses det omgående. Härliga uteplatser vid poolområdena för egen lagad lunch eller middag. Läget klockrent med nära till strand eller som bas för dagsutflykter i hela Floridaområdet. Som sagt ingen lyx men allt annat väger upp till rekommenderas. Förstår varför många återvänder hit…"

Fantastiskt boende!

"Perfekt läge, fräscha rum med allt man behöver. Toppenläge; några minuter till stranden och huvudgatan med alla restauranger ligger två kvarter bort. Ägaren Bill är lättillgänglig och tillmötesgående. Man kunde låna stolar och parasoll till stranden. Vi hade poolen för oss själva hela veckan. Perfekt med en fräsch gasolgrill tillgänglig; vi grillade både lunch och middag under veckan. Rekommenderar starkt, vi kommer definitivt tillbaka! "
