"Our stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and many other iconic attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring London with our family.
The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet despite its central location. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and all facilities were maintained to a very high standard.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Imran Riaz, who welcomed guests at breakfast each morning. His genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism stood out immediately. He greeted everyone with a smile, remembered returning guests, made our daughter feel special, and created such a welcoming atmosphere that breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay.
Beautiful hotels can be found everywhere, but exceptional people are rare. Imran is a true asset to Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, and he made an already wonderful experience even more memorable.
