“I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me. Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

“Great location - near a mall and near the border to Singapore. However the toilet’s flushing system didn’t work and when we contacted the hotel to repair it, they sent a group of repairmen who didn’t really repair it but installed a bide instead. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about. ”

“I stayed here for a week. It was very convenient, the place was super clean, access to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine are top perks. The interior design made me feel Zen. Also, easy access to a few dining options, convenience stores, etc. For the price, truly gem. ”

“Apartment was good and conveniently located near Suria KLCC. However apartment was not available first night due to maintainence issue. Had to move into another apartment complex 2 blocks away. Wish I had been advised prior to arrival. Very inconvenient.”
