“Wifi disappeared and I couldn’t connect again. Hotel is a construction site, builders are working onsite with loud machines. ”

“Room cleanliness and fixtures need to look at. Look like and feel like hour hotel.”

“Parking ok”

“Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.”

“Lite smutsigt”

“I don’t see a lobby , it’s not possible to check in if you don’t have data, but it’s okay for a couple nights .”

“Very central and has a train station (bukit nanas) 5 min away. The lobby was very clean and fresh and the view from our penthouse apartment was stunning. Big and modern apartment but a little poor quality. It was not spotless clean but it was approachable. ”

“We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE...
