“Arrivé le soir a Tanger ,on me dit qu aucun appartement est disponible ceci a 22h le soir J ai cherché un autre hotel car le site hotel.com n ont trouvé aucun autre hotelsir tanger .apres avoir passé 2 heures au telephone avec une operatrice du site hotel. Com j ai du dormir dans ma voiture avec ma famille . Ne faite pas confiance aucune garantie avec le site ....a mon retour je compte porter plainte pour le prejudice Tres decu trop dangereux de voyager en famille ”

“The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room,cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. It was advertised with more than 1 bed but that wasn’t true, the living room looked nothing like then pictures and please don’t make me start with the check in process as the “receptionist “ did not speak English...

“Cleaned the pool so it was not usable like 20 and 9 when its open which is not good. All the straff had different clothes so you did not know WHO worked there or not except cleaning ladies. Overall good and fresh. ”

“It is very basic. They should have more attention to detail. When I got to my room, there were no towels and no toilet paper. There was no information on how to dispose of the rubbish. WiFi was good. The place was in a very nice area, very safe and very quiet. The bedding was good. Kitchen utensils were ok. There was a balcony that I didn't use because there was content rain. Hot water would not last for over 10 minutes.”
