“Very nice hotel, it merges nicely with the nature. Positive notes Temazcal, Spa, cleanliness and 1 guy (and only one) at the reception who is doing his best to help guests. Negative notes The jacuzzis do not have hot water and the lighting does not work. The jacuzzi is supposed to be private and exclusive to the room, every night we found other couples using our terrace and sunbeds. My advice do not pay extra for a jacuzzi room unless you are looking for a cold water tank. The water pressure on...

“The location is amazing ! I had booked the oceanfront villa . Totally worth it ! Steps away from the beach ! Only thing is to look for is sargassum before booking ! Otherwise the place and vibe is 10/10”

“Fantastic room, spacious and nice view. Great service and really nice pool area. However it was lacking a bit when it came to communication and information, also the gym could use an upgrade. Also the bathroom had an awful smell sometimes, despite all this we would stay again.”
