“Very welcoming and friendly staff. Offered us a welcome drink which was lovely and we could use our rooms to drop our items as they had already been cleaned which was very helpful as we were in the area for a wedding. The amenities and room were great and bed was very comfortable. We were told that there would be live music until 11.30 and drinks available downstairs in the bar until 1pm but weren’t made aware of the loud music that would be playing which did continue until 1:30pm - we were...

“There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again.”

“Bemötandet av tjejen i receptionen när vi kom var fantastiskt. Vi kunde checka in lite tidigare och tjejen hjälpte oss till rummet och var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var lite lyhört men absolut inte så att det störde. Sköna sängar och fräscht rum. Negativt: När vi skulle äta frukost saknades ALLT. Vi var 6 personer som skulle dela på 1 tallrik, 1 ägg, 2 toast-bröd. När vi frågade om påfyllning var det antingen jobbigt att ta fram eller slut. Det blev tillslut en yoghurt och en toast...

“Sitter i rullstol å det står på Hotels.com att detta Hotell har ”tillgänglighets anpassat badrum” - det har dom INTE!!! Så jag kommer INTE boka igen genom er!! Jätte trist när man specifikt bokat här för just ”tillgängligheten”. Deras restaurang hade inte bra mat. Frukost ok. Inget jag skulle rekommendera tyvärr.”

“We got a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived, they were very kind and helpful. But the rooms, on the other hand, were not good at all. It was extremely dirty and moldy. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the carpet was filthy and the bed and headboard full of hair and stains. They didn’t clean the rooms at all under the period of 4 days we stayed there. ”
