Pensionat i Miami Beach

“good value for the price, close to the beach, a/c worked well, staff were friendly and helpful (placed a kettle and replaced a broken coffee maker in the shared kitchen) and the room was very clean but could use some updating - broken lamp and creaky floor overall we enjoyed our stay”

“There is a roach problem I couldn’t even shower or use the bathroom”

“Friendly hosts”

“Great little place will rent again when im back”

“Clean room ”

“Great value and location!”

“Everything was great clean room and place is nearby everything. The only issue I had was that we found a couple bees in our room. I believe this only happened in our room but my other person that was staying with me is highly allergic so this was an issue for us. Maybe it could’ve been from the front door being left open or something but just a little PSA.”

“It was cool”

“Coming off of a cruise, I worried about having a "horror story". However, Sergio and family really cares and it shows!. The place is well taken care of and spacious. For a party of 4, we weren't cramped at all. All of the essentials from cookware to washer and dryer is there onsite which was a HUGE help. You have the privacy of it being your own and the communication before arrival and thereafter was A1!. The Cabin is but 20 mins away from MIA international Airport which was very convenient. ...

“Hosts were very friendly and communicative! Knew all the hot spots to visit! Very kind and helpful throughout the whole process of check-in/-out (which is already super simple I’m just an overthinker). If/when I come back to Miami I want to book with them again!”
