"Unfortunately we are not very happy with the hotel and its service. The first room we were given was worn out and not very well cleaned. But the worst was when we discovered bedbug eggs after two nights… we get a new room for the remaining 3 nights, but no apology. Asked the staff if we shouldn’t get any compensation. They refer us to the manager. I email the manager, but get no answer. Then I respons to the hotel's own evaluation, where I ask to be contacted. No response there either.
So despite 3 reminders I get no feedback at all.
I expect better service from such a high-profile hotel.
So if you want to avoid bedbugs and poor service, you should probably look for another hotel.
