“Ok hotell men för små rum och i min smak kitschigt. Men det ligger nära tunnelbanan som tar dig in till dom sevärdheterna som man måste se. Området är ok och om du pratar spanska klarar du dig bra. ”

“I paid for a 3 day stay and the tv was broken. The bathroom had a large piece of tile missing from the wall and there was a random hole in the wall ”

“Very bad when we should check in and our european mastercard didnt work, although we already paid for the whole stay they didnt want to let us check in and not accepted cash so we had to solve it on a late night or sleep outside. Worst treatment ever, and we had 3 kids with us and everyone was very tired of a long flight. ”

“Be prepared for lots of incidental charges. My booking was canceled because they tried to charge the first night prior to my arrival and did not succeed. My daughter rebooked. They refused to issue an itemized bill on check out preferring to show you the balance due on the screen. Very unprofessional in that regard. My daughter eventually used her marriot app to settle and check out.”
