All the comforts of home but with spectacular views off the direct oceanfront private balcony. This completely remodeled oceanfront luxury studio is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local restaurants and attractions without being in the thick of the crowds.

This is a 7th floor King Suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean front studio is fully furnished with 1 king bed, an oversized chair that pulls out to a twin bed, large dresser and closet for storage, dining table and chairs, 55" Smart TV with basic cable, complimentary wifi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a fully functioning kitchen. In addition to the beautiful, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunsets!

The kitchen features a full-size fridge, two-burner cooktop, full size microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! Please note that there is not an oven! Guests who plan to stay in and prepare their meals will have to plan their grocery lists accordingly! A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.

Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
