"The pictures must be 30 years old. It feels unsafe and it is dirty and should have had maintenance done maybe 20 years ago. Homeless people (possibly on drugs) walking around next to the hotel"

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that ..."
