“Home was set up nicely for a large group of travelers and very comfortable. Neighborhood was centrally located to shopping and restaurants. I recommend this location if you’re staying near Ft. Lauderdale ”

“My familly came in 2 days before our cruise. The house was amazing, great location there is a few fast food and store right around the corner to grab and bring back. Air port, cruise terminal was also close. House had toys and water toys for the kids, beds was nice and house was upkept. Outside pool was nice for kids to play in while we relaxed under the tiki hut, we did not use grill or stove but well equipt with things you may need, pots pans, coffee maker umoung other things was there to use....

“First I will say the communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive. The house looks exactly like the photos. The washer/dryer is in a separate outdoor storage space. The house is a 3/2 I think it would sleep a family of 6 comfortably. If you include the sofa then maybe two additional children can be added. The beds were comfortable. The house is not far from a lot of great locations in Miami. Cons:The bathroom was not cleaned.”

“This property is not quite beach front but is about a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach and awesome restaurants so I can’t complain at all about location!! This property is definitely dated and in some cases I would even say in a state of disrepair. The yard isn’t safe for kids, fence falling apart and broken glass. Missing toilet paper holders and door knobs loose throughout the property. Overall the property was clean-ish with the exception of the floors. Our feet were black within...

“A lot of information was misleading online. No clear info on Laundry Amenities, the building is like an upgraded Motel, the way the doors are set up. Seems more like a place for emergency night stay instead of a planned getaway or vacation ”
