“Good area great hostess”

“Tresbel appartement proche de central park”

“Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner barely worked and was very loud, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The fold-out...

“Great location and very spacious.”

“Overall the stay was wonderful. It is an old apartment but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is AC in every room. Great for families in a safe location near all Amenities such as stores and subway. Close to Central park.”

“Clean. Family friendly. Everything you need within a couple blocks. Excellent communication from the time of booking until I checked out. Six of us fit comfortably. Close to everything but still quiet at night. We definitely will stay there again.”

“Do not book this apartment. We were not provided with check in information and were left scrambling (in the rain) trying to find another place to stay in New York, one day before the Football World Cup final, when accommodation was extremely scarce and very expensive. This host should be removed from VRBO.”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“The booking lists 2 king size beds and that was the reason we chose this location - very disappointed when we checked in and were told there are no king size beds and we were given 2 full size beds. Also, pics of room are very deceiving. It was hard for 2 people to be up and moving in the room at the same time. Will not be back.”

“Lovely apartment, exceptionally well equipped, super clean. Fast, friendly communication and very smooth check-in service. Close to several public transport lines so transit to midtown very convenient.”

“Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.”

“Very pleased overall. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some washcloths.”

“Everything was great”

“The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

“This condo had everything we needed for our trip and more! We especially loved the beautiful view of the NYC skyline. The place was bright, spotless, and very comfortable. Latasha was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions before our stay. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our trip and would definitely stay here again!”
