“Rosa was a great host. She responded to our questions promptly. We needed to stay an extra day (10 total) and she was accommodating. The house is older, but well maintained. “The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. ”

“Beautiful home in a very accessible part of Cusco. It's rather large, so just for two people it felt a bit extravagant. Our Host was very communicative and extremely helpful and accommodating. I lost my phone on NYE and he even called a cab for me to get to the airport so I didn't have to stress! Highly recommend. ”

“We had 7 people each with own bedroom and bath which was great. Nothing fancy but well worth the price for 2 nights to acclimate before 4 day hike. Great location close to plaza, lots of great restaurants around. Place was cold. There was a heater that didn’t work so they brought another. Large space heater didn’t get warm upstairs. Water pressure a problem, make sure you understand the water situation before showering! But management very attentive and there to help and answer questions.”

"Very kind to offer airport transfer. The room have all you need and the bed were very comfortable. However the AC was loudly but you could open window/ balcony door and since the temperature was below 20 deg C it helped us indeed. The breakfast was very fresh and extensive opening hours generous. Big thanks to their gluten free assortment I would not worry about the location. If you want to go to the plaza it cost 15 soles single way with uber. Conclusion: I strongly recommend this hotel All in all well recommended hotel. "
