“me encanto este hotel, su comida, snacks, lo bonito de las habitaciones, los shows, la comida a la carta riquisima”

“The resort is a perfect getaway if you’re looking for a fantastic location to relax and enjoy ! The rooms are amazing and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! Absolutely recommend to do the Diamond Club the extra amenities and experience is so worth it !”

“Everything about the property was stellar.”

“The resort was incredible. Service was top notch, drinks and food were amazing. Would def go back.”

“Excellent experience. Clean room and great service from all staff we met during our stay”

“I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts.”

“Room was not cleaned properly. Had big leak in the room with puddle and remediation was not quick enough. Pools are good, but bars and pool side snack closes too early. Privilege club has nothing special except a dedicated restaurant. Privilege bar was suppose to have premium alcohol, but found no difference.”

“Rooms, service and cleaning overall good. Food and drinks can be everything from pretty good to disaster e.g. Childrens mac and cheese the worst I have seen ever (how is that even possible?). Also only local mexican beer and you cant even buy if you like something else. Also beach is terrible. ”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Ingen tydlig information om att boka transfer innan, transfer går bara 1 gång i timmen, rummet fräsch. Personalen trevlig, ingen pool som fungerar.”

“Allt var toppen! Trevlig personal, välstädat, och utsikten var oslagbar! Vi ville inte lämna rummet”

“Snäll personal, bra rumsservice, tyvärr dålig info om att klapparna i telefonen fungerar inte längre, fräsch, bekväma sängar, fin pool, bra frukost buffé, bra transfer.”

“Ok”

“Snabb check-in, helt ok rum”

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...
