Hotell nära Petempich-bukten

"A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy. The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant. Note: the steak house requires prebooking. We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar. One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean) and that it didn't have the amazing turquoise water (as in the Hotel Zone). Other than that it was an amazing experience, mainly because of the staff in the entire resort. They always succeeded in answering an questions or requests. One thing we really appreciated was that it was possible to use ALL of the facilities even after check out since our return flight was late in the evening. And on this note have to give extra kudos on the hospitality room which is basically a fully equipped place to shower after check out."

"Vi har rest en hel del genom åren, men detta var utan tvekan vår bästa hotellupplevelse hittills. Fantastisk personal och från första stunden vi klev in på hotellet kände vi oss så omhändertagna och välkomna. Otroligt bra all inclusive och roliga aktiviteter som anordnas dagligen för både vuxna och bra. Vår son blev sjuk under resan och hotellet kunde anordna att såväl läkare kom till hotellet och att mediciner budades över från apoteket inom 20 minuter. Helt otrolig service! Vi längtar efter att komma tillbaka. "

"The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good."
