âProperty was clean and well-kept. House keepers did an amazing job cleaning. I went out after dinner and came back to a clean room with bed remade and towels/washcloths restocked. Only 1 restaurant on the secrets side that was really good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, you would have to go on the breathless side for other restaurants and entertainment. Secrets is for sure, the relaxing side, but you get the best of both worlds â

âWe stayed here the first night we got to Puerto Morelos. Our stay was short, sweet, and simple. My partner and I loved the ambiance. Our food and drinks were good. The bartenders were outstanding. âA great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy.
The food was ok in the mexican and italian restaurants (according to our tastes), however it was really good in the steak house and the buffet restaurant.
Note: the steak house requires prebooking.
We missed a bit more greens and veggies in the evening snack bar.
One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean)...

âWe had the best time at Breathless Riviera Cancun. This is our second visit to this resort and we were just as pleased this visit, as our first visit, and definitely already planning to go back. Whether you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere or a party vibe, this resort has it all. You can relax at two of their pools, or go to the party pool, and we loved the option to choose our vibe each day. We decided to upgrade, upon arrival to Secrets Riviera Cancun and in our opinion, it was worth it....
âExcellent service from all of the staff. Great, quality and delicious foods. A lot of option where to eat, make a reservation or first come first serve basis which is not even a 15mins wait based on our experience. We really had a blast staying at Dreams Natura. A really pleasant and wonderful stay! We will comng back for sure!â

âWe stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

âThe hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

"A great experience, especially if you have small kids as they had plenty of pool and non-pool activities to keep them busy.

One more con was that the private beach had too much sea weed (which they tried their best to keep clean) and that it didn't have the amazing turquoise water (as in the Hotel Zone).
Other than that it was an amazing experience, mainly because of the staff in the entire resort. They always succeeded in answering an questions or requests.
One thing we really appreciated was that it was possible to use ALL of the facilities even after check out since our return flight was late in the evening. And on this note have to give extra kudos on the hospitality room which is basically a fully equipped place to shower after check out."
