“Our recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay. “We stayed at Royalton for 13 days total and here is our experience. First, we visited Royalton for nine nights and as "regular" guests which means no Diamond club. We were quite unhappy with a lot of things like the food which we taught was really bad but since it was our first visit to Mexico, we just thought that maybe it's the Mexican standard. However, we later stayed at two other hotels and then discovered that it's definitely not true and that there is a whole lot higher food standards...

The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was ”glued beef” and the steak had very soft texture and didn’t taste beef.
The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools.
Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym.
Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "
"Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Vi bodde på den gamla billiga delen som var lite sliten men allt var rent och fräscht. Maten var som man kan förvänta sig på en all inclusive, ok men inte fantastisk. Buffé-restaurangen var vår bästa måltid. Goda drinkar vid poolen och en magisk utsikt. Vi bodde i rum med havsutsikt, något jag verkligen rekommenderar när ni bokar. Värt varenda krona när man ser utsikten!
Hotellet ligger nära butiker och nöje om man inte vill ligga vid poolen hela tiden.
Totalt sett en härlig upplevelse, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!"
