Hotell nära Cancun Convention Center

"Mycket trevlig vistelse. De allra flesta i personalen var mycket trevliga. Faciiteterna var fräscha och frukosten god. Stranden är fantastisk och poolen ren och välskött. "

"The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable bed but pillows were very hard and thick. Nespresso coffee available in the room and minibar was included. We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night. We had to call the reception to come and tell them to be quiet. In the morning we asked for a room with no connecting door and the reception changed it for us. The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was ”glued beef” and the steak had very soft texture and didn’t taste beef. The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools. Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym. Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "

"Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Vi bodde på den gamla billiga delen som var lite sliten men allt var rent och fräscht. Maten var som man kan förvänta sig på en all inclusive, ok men inte fantastisk. Buffé-restaurangen var vår bästa måltid. Goda drinkar vid poolen och en magisk utsikt. Vi bodde i rum med havsutsikt, något jag verkligen rekommenderar när ni bokar. Värt varenda krona när man ser utsikten! Hotellet ligger nära butiker och nöje om man inte vill ligga vid poolen hela tiden. Totalt sett en härlig upplevelse, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!"

"Overall a very good experience "

"Our recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay. Given that this was the highlight for us when booking, it was a major letdown and affected the entire experience. We also had high hopes for our honeymoon celebration. We requested a bottle of champagne to be waiting in our room upon check-in, which the staff kindly acknowledged in their email communication prior to our arrival. Sadly, the champagne was not delivered as promised, and it was only after I emailed the front desk again that we finally received it—24 hours later. While the gesture was appreciated, the timing had already passed, and the moment was not quite the same. The lack of attention continued at check-out, where we were not even asked how our stay had been. This was quite surprising and left a negative final impression. I have never stayed at a hotel where staff didn’t show any interest in the guest’s experience upon departure. On the plus side, the beach was beautiful, and the Italian and Mexican restaurants offered good food, but room service was dry and flavorless. While some staff were friendly, communication in english was difficult. For us the experience was poor."

"Can absolutly recommend this hotel,stayed in a nice queen room with a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was amazing, has everything you want ; omelette station, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt, wafles, pancakes, mexikan specialites etc. Even candy! The beach by the hotel is beautiful, white sand & palmes, they clean for sea weed every morning. Had dinner at the hotel as well and that was also very good. Friendly staff everywhere. The only tving we did not liked was the layout of the bathroom, it is really strange and sort of need one more door. It does not gives a lot of privacy, hope they change this."
