Hotell nära Plaza Rio Hondo

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Our stay here was brief. We stayed just one night between leaving our cruise ship and flying out of San Juan. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, but the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly prepared our room. The rooms were a good size and there was a fridge in our room. “Hotellet låg extremt långt utanför stan och det var jättesvårt och dyrt att ta sig runt OM man inte har bil. Stranden var inte alls bra utan man får ta sig ca 30 minuter med bil till en mycket bättre eller gå 15 minuter till en som var helt okej. Killen i receptionen var dock extremt hjälpsam och erbjöd väldigt god service så tack vara han blev inte våra nätter där så tokiga trots allt.”

“Hotell med bra läge. Rent och fräscht överallt. Personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Enda nackdelen vid bokning på Expedia är tillägg för frukost. När man kommer till restaurangen för att äta,får man först då besked om att det bara gäller continental frukost. Vill man ha av det varma så kostar det extra.”
