“Perfect place for a family. We’ve been to a few other hotels in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and Villa del Palmar is by far the best in customer service and food! We loved our stay here. The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, they stocked the snacks everyday and cleaned the room at least twice a day. “Nice beach but close to the pier. Hotel is wellness used and not so fresh but still ok. It is definetelly worth the money u pay for stay, service and all inclusive. we travelled with kids age 2,2,5 and pool was safe for them.
