“Very welcoming and service minded. The beds was really good”

“Was greeted with a warm welcome and a complementary glas of whine when checking in. Needed softer pillows, which was delivered to the room within minutes. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good.”

“We got a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived, they were very kind and helpful. But the rooms, on the other hand, were not good at all. It was extremely dirty and moldy. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the carpet was filthy and the bed and headboard full of hair and stains. They didn’t clean the rooms at all under the period of 4 days we stayed there. ”

“Jag och mina vänner stannade här i tre dagar och vi älskade verkligen hotellet. Personalen och servicen var helt otroligt bra. Frukosten var fem av fem! Jättegott verkligen. Det var lite svårt att hitta dit först från tunnelbanan men det gick bra. De sakerna som inte var så bra att de inte hade någon våg på hotellet. Så tänk på det när ni packar. Annars så var det ett jättebra hotell! Åker gärna dit flera gånger!”

“This is my second time to this cute little place. It is very nice with high ambition, but there where a couple of things that can improve a lot. I booked 5 rooms (one booking with 4 named persons, and an additional booking with only my name) for one night for a party of 5. It was clear payments to be settled on site. Before I even left Sweden I got notifications from my bank that the hotel had charged 3 rooms from my account. I called the hotel and they were quite negligant about breaching...

“Nice hotel with comfortable stay. Very little sounds from outside. Very nice service from the lovely staff. The breakfas was a bis basic but it had all the essentials (filter coffee with choices of milk inc plant milk; cereal, fruit, toast, jam..). One thing they could improve is to have reading lamps by the bed. ”

“Jättetrevlig personal! Vi kom dit väldigt sent så vi fick ingen parkering, dom hade några få parkeringsplatser och dom var gratis men upptagna så fick flytta bilen 07 på morgonen för då fanns det plats - ingen annan parkering i närheten. Ligger i ett lite rufft område i Londons utkant (Essex, Ilford) med mycket missbrukare men gick ändå bra att gå runt där på dagen. Fanns ett dygnet runt öppet supermarket (typ Ica) i närheten och mycket affärer och gallerier och resturanger i närheten och tåg in...
