“Awesome all the way through, only thing to complain about is the music. It is the same local Spanish music playing over and over, that only the staff seem to enjoy. 4 nights here and I did not hear a single song in English that I recognized. Best food is found at the Asian restaurant. The spring rolls are A-mazing”

“Tiny rooms with tiny wardrobes and no way to unpack luggage into wardrove. we had one week of luggage. Semi dirty room, shelves in wardrobes dusty, Extremly moisture in room. AC did cool but not drying so it was quite unbearable. Staff was nice but was not trained to fix issues or understanding issues properly- far far awar from description of "luxury defined". Food was quite bad although aspirations were set high delivery was poor. Almost bouncing chocolota mouse.”

“It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise. I've traveled much of the world. This was the nicest most accommodating staff I've ever encountered. I'll be back for sure ”
