“Many restaurants to accomodate the number of people. Did not have to wait for a table any evening! Staff is kind and smiles but any complaint is responded with the corporate script. Nothing is done: room refrigerator not working, 2 boys outside hunting the wild rabbits on the property in order to “capture it to hold it!” Security never showed or contacted me.Lifeguards are “kids” hanging onto their Ellis Guard floaty and absolutely useless. There is an entire pool area with many water amenities...

“It was nice! Also love the hot tub! But one thing we not satisfied is our room was a bit hot because can’t turn the AC on. So we use the ceiling fan. Because we was hot when we was sleeping. Hope next time will have AC running for the summer time.”

I recently stayed at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort and left highly disappointed. For a property under the Hyatt Destination brand charging premium prices, the basic resort experience is lacking.
