“Room, meals and property were awesome, staff were absolutely amazing and airport shuttle was really great! Only glitch was luggage pick up at the room when leaving. It was a brutal luggage trek for three of us to make our departing shuttle on time after our daughters’s family luggage pick up didn’t show up at their room! ”

“The room gets clean daily but at times missing towels.
Staffs are not that hospitable, dismissive and not helpful at all—at times they just walked away especially when they don’t understand you. Although, some asked for help to understand you.
One of the restaurants near the main pool is dirty and disorganized, forget about getting your orders—staffs just give them to whoever comes. Waited for hours when number appears on the screen the food is not there.
