The building has a very classic and charming atmosphere, and the lobby is particularly impressive. The room facilities feel a bit dated. Breakfast service is excellent. All the staff are friendly, making for a comfortable stay.”

“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use...
