Description of the spaces
Located on the fifth and last floor of a building with elevator (which goes up to the fourth floor, from which you go up a single flight of stairs), the apartment of about 40 square meters has been furnished with modern taste and attention to detail that make it unique.
At the entrance there is a cozy living area, with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a flat-screen smart TV, a dining table and an electric fireplace, ideal for creating a warm and suggestive atmosphere in every season. From here there is direct access to the 40 sqm terrace: the real jewel of the house. Conveniently equipped with table, chairs, sofas and sun loungers, it is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, romantic dinners or moments of relaxation under the Roman sky.
The kitchen is compact but complete: induction cookers, microwaves, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer are at your disposal to prepare each meal independently.
The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (French double) and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and courtesy set.
The entire property is covered by free Wi-Fi and equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, central heating and an electric fireplace. A crib for babies is available on request at a cost of 10€/night.
The location is strategic: well connected to the center by subway, but also lively and authentic, thanks to the many nightclubs, typical restaurants and services nearby. A perfect balance between comfort, tranquility and Roman fun.
