- A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, NESPRESSO coffee maker, oven and microwave, and dishwasher.
- The bathroom features a spacious stone and glass shower cabin, toilet, bidet and sink.

The apartment is equipped with wi-fi, tv and a kitchen equipped to prepare meals.
The service includes utilities, bedding and dishes.

APARTMENT RULES:

ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceeded to cancel the reservation

- Tourist taxes (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings exceeding the week, weekly cleaning of € 85 without changing linens is required, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.
*In the event of the host's inability to leave the apartment by the day and time of the Check out (10 am), the host authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to free the apartment from all the host's personal effects, objects or property. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Tenant's assets and to return them to him at his first request.
