The apartment is developed on two floors with an internal staircase(10 steps), the living room, kitchen and terrace are located on the first floor and the two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the floor through which you access the house.

The apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning system.

The living room is located on the second floor and is reached by an internal staircase(10 steps) has two large sofas , television corner ,a dining table with 4 chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and paintings complete the living room furniture also there is a small work station .From the living room you can access the terrace. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.
There is the presence of a fireplace in the living room which is not in use and the use of it is strickly prohibited!!!

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor as you enter the house. The first one with en-suite bathroom has two single beds ( 190cm x 90cm) and can be joined on request, bedside tables, a bookcase, a closet, an armchair and a chest of drawers . The second bedroom , also on the first floor has a double bed (140cm x 190cm), closets, armchair and safe. Lamps, mirrors and paintings complete the furnishings of the two bedrooms. There is an air-conditioning system in the two rooms.

The kitchen is small but complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, cutlery and crockery for six people. Part of the kitchen is under the roof and is located on the second floor.

The two bathrooms are located on the first floor. The first has sanitary fittings and a bathtub and the second bathroom is en-suite and has sanitary fittings and a shower cabin.
