Lägenheten ligger i en byggnad 30 år, 4 våningar med 10 lägenheter. Från fönstren kan du se kupolen i Peterskyrkan och Monte Mario kulle med Villa Miani. E 'den utrustad med dubbelruta för ljudisolering, luftkonditionering och uppvärmning. Det är 1,2 km (15 minuter) från Basilica di San Pietro, 650m (8minuti) till Vatikanmuseerna, 550m (7 minuter) från tunnelbanestationen Ottaviano. Inom gångavstånd finns två livsmedelsbutiker, en mycket bra glass i huset, flera restauranger som tillgodoser alla smaker och behov (veganer) .En tio minuters promenad hittar du själv gå igenom en av de mest kända shoppinggator , via Cola di Rienzo, det sista steget i Piazza Cola di Rienzo, korsa queen Margaret bron och nå Piazza del Popolo. Huset är därför ligger i ett mycket gynnsamt läge att besöka sevärdheter, monument och museer i den eviga staden. Lägenheten har ett enkelrum och ett tvåbäddsrum, ett stort vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, ett kök och två badrum. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheter: diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, wifi, luftkonditionering, dusch och bidé. Slutstädning: 60 euro

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und richtig groß! Die Lage ist perfekt, nur ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Petersplatz und doch etwas abseits vom Trubel.Der Gastgeber hat alles perfekt organisiert (Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung, reibungsloser Check-in, Restaurant-Tipps und Reservierungen etc.), die Kommunikation mit Marta hat wunderbar geklappt.Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe, die auch preislich familienfreundlich sind.Unser Aufenthalt war 4 Tage im Februar.Wir haben es sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

If you are going to the Vatican, it is a mere 20 minute walk. There are a lot of really good places to eat as soon as you walk outside, from breakfast places to gelato to a nice lunch or dinner restaurant. Pizza places are also all walking distance. It was such an easy check in. Marta even met us early so we could leave our bags and then walk to a nice trattoria she recommended. It was a lovely stay. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it was available.

Perfect check-in. Marta met us there in person and explained the keys, a/c, etc. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants. I loved this area as it was off the beaten path but still only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican City, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and 2-3 minute walk to Lamotti's- best gelato EVER and my new favorite restaurant in Rome- L' Osteria Deglia Avvocati... highly recommend this restaurant a block from the well-appointed, roomy, quaint & charming apartment! I would definitely stay here again!

Roma vacation

We were in Roma for 4 weeks, the apartment was ideal for our plans. Metro was a short walk to be able to visit all the sights. The Vatican was within walking distance. There were numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. The was an amazing bakery located across the street with excellent choices for breakfast. The gelato shop on the corner was the best gelato we have even had. Check in went reasonable well we arrived later then expected and baggage took longer then usual. The driver was impatient which made it very trying to start our vacation. The lift in the building is difficult to get more then 2 people in no luggage would be able to be on the lift with you. We had the best vacation we have ever had because the apartment was so convenient for us to travel from it to the train station and to,travel to all the other locations we wanted to visit.

The communication with Marta was great! My questions were immediately answered. I was able to reach her at any time. Also, she made transportation arrangements that I needed from the airport to the apartment. I enjoyed my stay ver much and I would definitely share it with everyone.

This might be the right rental for you or...

.. it might not, dependent upon what you need. This apartment is large, with lots of room for two or more people. It is very clean. It is close to at least two excellent restaurants, gelato, groceries and is walking distance to the Metro. It has a washer no dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped. The building is quiet. If you're a light sleeper this is probably not the rental for you. Because it is located directly across from the Flower Market the street noise starts at about 530 am six days a week. Trucks pulling in and out, people shouting, etc. until around 8 am. If you need three beds this rental may not work for you. The apartment is advertised as having a double, a single and a sofa bed. However the single bed is in fact a cot - not comfortable to sleep on for an adult. The cot is narrow, with a thin mattress. Renters are provided with two towels each. But there are no linens for the kitchen so renters must provide their own paper towels or wipe their hands on their pants. If you don't expect to cook in the apartment this probably wouldn't bother you. Property manager responded to our inquiry by saying the two bath towels are what they provide. This apartment has the strangest toilet flushing mechanism we've experienced. Not sure why the owner hasn't had them replaced. Lift the mat on the wall, reach into the wall and pull up on the plastic pieces held together with a twist tie. It works, but why not have a handle on the toilet?

lovely neighbourhood

I spent 4 nights at this apartment together with my family (4 adults and 1 child) - the flat is very spacious, light and welcoming. The best thing is the neighbourhood which is very lively, with plenty of restaurants and cafes and not touristy at all. My only complaints are that it's right opposite the flower market (where they started working at 4am and it's very noisy until about 6am! so not for the light sleepers... ) and the sofa bed is not comfortable. Otherwise it's a really great flat and a great stay, Sara

Wonderful Place

This worked out really well for us. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was close to most of the places we wanted to visit. There is a Carrefour supermarket right around the corner, a coffee shop literally next door and a Pharmacy and a gelateria on the next block. There is a wonderful little cafe across the street. The Vatican is a short walk away and bus stops and the metro are convenient as well. We can't say enough good things about our experience here. Check in and check out were easy. Great Neighborhood; Great Apartment

We wanted to stay near friends for our week in Rome and this apartment worked perfectly: large, gracious, near transport and very interesting shops and restaurants (Sicilia Imbocca restaurant, Arcobalena bookstore.) The apartment is very well equipped and well laid out, with a complete and efficient kitchen, good wifi, and lots of light. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

Great location. We used this as a base for our walking tours of Rome.

The best way to experience Rome is on foot. If walking is not your thing the Metro will take you to many major spots. A station is not too far away

Appartement bien grand et bien tenu.

Très joli appartement, pas loin du Vatican. Heureusement qu'il y a la climatisation, au vu de la température extérieure. Il y a un petit marchand de fruits et légumes (de grande fraîcheur, tenu par de vrais romains, très sympathiques)juste à deux pas sur la gauche de la sortie principale de l'immeuble. De bons restaurant pas loin, des glaciers et une super pâtisserie Sicilienne, tenue par des jeunes super sympas. Un séjour réussi, sauf que je ne sais pas pourquoi le lit de la chambre de mon fils n'était pas pourvue en draps ???? A contrôler lors de la prise en possession des lieux !

Fantastic apartment

This property is beautiful and full of charming character. It's located closely to the best ice cream parlour in Rome and a quick taxi ride to the centre. Communication between the owner and transfer manager was stress free and easy. Highly recommend we loved it.

Beautiful home

This beautiful apartment made our vacation a wonderful experience. It was even more beautiful than the photos, and the little extras like soap, tea, coffee and other sundries were very appreciated. The location meant we could walk to the Vatican and we were in a lovely neighbourhood away from the rushing crowds. It was quiet and picturesque. We would most highly recommens this property. Should we ever travel to Rome again, we would certainly stay at this lovely property. The owners were prompt in answering any queries and were extremely helpful.

Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne, große Wohnung im Prati. Es fehlt an nichts. Bushaltestellen für Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Bäcker und Supermarkt. Eine Wohnung zu wohlfühlen. Allerdings bringt der Blumenmarkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite morgens ab 04.00 Uhr "Leben in die Bude". Aber nur bei offenem Fenster!! So ist eben Rom!!
