The property is located in a central area, just a short walk from Trastevere and the famous Porta Portese market, and is well-served by public transportation, including the metro and train.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

Located in the lively Marconi shopping district, with its shops and bustling streets, it is conveniently connected to the historic center and some of the city’s most distinctive neighborhoods.

On foot, you can explore the nearby Ostiense neighborhood—young and trendy—home to one of the capital’s universities, the Basilica of St. Paul (one of the four papal basilicas), the Eataly food market, and a metro station, from which you can reach the city center in just a few minutes or the neighboring EUR district with its striking examples of monumental architecture.

Also just a short distance away are traditional restaurants, nightclubs, jazz bars, and the archaeological districts of Testaccio and Trastevere, with their characteristic views and vibrant nightlife.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Roma Trastevere. From there, take bus line 766 and get off at the Marconi/Piazza Della Radio stop. Travel time: 39 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Rome Termini Station by taking bus line 720 and getting off at the Millevoi stop, then continuing on bus line 766 to the Marconi Gherardi stop. Travel time: 1 hour and 15 minutes.

-From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 170 and getting off at the Marconi/Piazza Della Radio stop. Travel time: 40 minutes.

The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If you’re coming by car, there are several parking options nearby:
