Lägenheten ligger i ett vackert palats från 1886.
Det finns en rymlig innergård med många vackra växter. Palatset är mycket riktigt.
Lägenheten är mycket stor (70 m2) och bekväm.
Ingången tänds på ett mycket rymligt vardagsrum (26 m2). Det är ett mycket soligt rum med 2 fönster. Det finns ett bord för 5 personer, en LCD-TV 40 "med NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, GOOGLE CHROME, SPOTIFY och annan app, en dubbel bäddsoffa och en soffa.
Från vardagsrummet tar en korridor dig till de andra rummen.
I slutet av korridoren finns sovrummet.
Det är ett mycket bekväma och eleganta rum. Det är soligt och rymligt (26 m2). Det finns en dubbelsäng bäddsoffa med en allergisk madrass, en annan TV 40 "och en stor garderob. Detta rum har också en bäddsoffa för en femte gäst.
Lägenheten har också ett fullt möblerat och utrustat kök.
Det finns ett kylskåp, en frys, en gasugn, en ugn, en italiensk kaffebryggare, en caffee-maskin med kapsel (vi erbjuder den bästa kapseln för en original italiensk expresso) och allt köksutrustning.

This property is quite nice, very large and updated and our hosts were great. I left my tablet when we checked out and the hosts worked very hard to try to get it back to me.We chose this location because it's within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. There are some good restaurants close by. We did however find the apartment not as advertised is some respects. The profile states there is a washer and dryer but there is only a washer and the dryer is a clothesline out a window. The tub/shower is very small, the automatic coffee maker did not work.Overall the property is good, just keep in mind you may want to ask specific questions prior to booking.

Un merveilleux séjour dans un appartement impeccable.

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec plein de petits restaurants et supermarchés pas loin. Il est très propre, très vaste et calme, le lit est confortable, la tv est un plus pour se reposer après le périple de la journée. L'arrivée a été très facile et la communication a toujours été parfaite, depuis la réservation jusqu'au départ. Merci pour tout !Non loin de l'appartement il faut aller se promener dans le parc du Celio qui est merveilleux et aller admirer la mystérieuse porte magique de la piazza Vittore Emmanuele.

Large apartment — quiet and comfortable retreat

After roaming Rome, we looked forward to returning to this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well arranged for lounging, reading, snacking and sleeping. Excellent air conditioning units cool down and keep the large rooms cool (we were there in July). Nearby are good restaurants and the Termini train station and metro stations are within easy walks.

A Lovely Stay in a community of Rome

We had a great experience in this apartment. The apartment had all the amenities that one would require as well as a little washing machine for laundry. The bedroom was very spacious with many areas to keep one's belongings in an orderly way. The bed was very comfortable! The apartment was very quiet and very secure as it is locked from the street. We found the apartment to be well situated in that it was close to grocery stores, close to the metro line, tram line as well as the main train and bus termini. We very much enjoyed one of the oldest and most delicious gelato places in the city just around the corner too! The owners of this property were especially easy to communicate with. They were very prompt with any replies to messages and were very welcoming and helpful. In fact, they arranged our transportation from the airport to the property and met us there to go over the apartment and the particulars about the workings of everything in the apartment. They also arranged our transportation back to the airport at the end of our stay and helped us at check out. They were very much appreciated! We would highly recommend this property for a really enjoyable stay.

9 Days in Rome

The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. You can everything buy in a circle of 300m. Visit the mercato nuovo di esquilino early in the morning. If you stay longer in Rome, book a trip to Tivoli from home. If you go to the Vatikan museums, have lunch at the bistro, not at the self service. The communication with Rosaria an Angelo (the owners) was perfect. Somewhere you can read, that the area near station Termini is a little bit difficult. But that is not the truth. By night you should not go to station, but near the apartment is eveything safe, and everytime are policeman on Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment is well located, with easy access to Metro (subway). The check-in was seamless and Angelo is such a gentleman, so polite and clear about any doubts or questions we had. The apartment itself is spotlesss, very clean, spacious, elegant and quiet. I highly recommend!
