  • En liten men väldigt fin lägenhet (monotype) med luftkonditionering, badrum med duschlåda, hårtork, tv-färg, gratis Wifi, kökshörn, välutrustat (två induktionsplattor, mikrovågsugn, elektrisk italiensk typ caffettiera, brödrost) och panoramautsikt terrass med markis, bord, stolar och chaises longues. För två personer. Beläget i ett bostadsområde i Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, nära parken Villa Pamphili, tio minuter från centrum av Trastevere, 20 minuter med buss från Colosseum. Restauranger, öppen himmelmarknad, stormarknad, någon form av affärer (en utsökt glassaffär också!) i samma gata eller mycket nära. Mycket bra och mycket billig-Rotisseries pizzerior (även take-away)

Maurizio est un hôte très attentionné. Nous avons très bien été accueillis. L’appartement est génial, avec sa grande terrasse, la clim fonctionne à merveille, l’appartement est totalement équipé avec tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine. Les transports en commun très proches, rendent l’accès à toutes les zones de la ville facile. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la voiture, qui était parquée pendant tout le séjour juste devant le bâtiment. Merci pour tout Maurizio !

Mauricio was fantastic with communication from the minute we booked the property. Monte Verde is a lovely quiet neighborhood with everything you need within 5 minute walk. The apartment is great for 2 people. The terrace is such a lovely bonus, particularly in the very hot weather. Air conditioning in the property was fantastic. The bus stops outside the property. It runs every 20 minutes right in to Rome and the coliseum. We really appreciate the warm welcome from Maurizio on our arrival. We would stay here again. Suzanne and Chris, Cambridge, UK

Property is great for a short break , in a good area with plenty of local shops and places to eat. Good bus service from the stop outside with a 5 min trip into the city, great terrace to sit and eat , and it is peaceful.

Maurizio was a wonderful host and very welcoming and went out of his way to help us have a wonderful stay. His information was extremely helpful and he always greeted us with a smile. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a great stay. The terrace is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset outside in the evenings.

This is a gem of a place .. very cute and comfortable and has everything that you need ..There is shopping close by along with some very good pizza places that maurizio pointed out to us on a guided tour he took us thru of his city..Both the bus stops that we used 982(goes to the colosseum and the Vatican City) and bus 75 (goes to Rome city) are within a 5 min walk or less..Great location, exceptional value and Maurizio and Milena were amazing to deal with .. would highly recommend this beautiful little gem in Travestere..Yvonne and jim

Une adresse à recommander ! Notre hôte, Maurizio, est un homme qui aime sa ville, qui la connaît parfaitement, et qui a à coeur de partager son enthousiasme. Le studio est très propre et contient tout le nécessaire. Les bus 75 et 44 permettent de joindre les lieux touristiques.Et dans le quartier se trouvent quelques restaurants sympas, ainsi que deux supermarchés, dont l'un ouvert jusqu'à 22h .Merci encore à Maurizio pour sa disponibilité.

Exceptional host Maurizio, who was extremely helpful with the history of Rome and making sure we get to the property easily. He even offered to give us a ride around to familiarise with the surroundings. The property was perfect. In a very quiet area on the top floor with a huge terrace with loungers and a table, from which you can see Rome and have gorgeous sunsets. It was clean with all the amenities that you would need. I would only choose this place again once we decide to comw back. Thank you Maurizio!

This is the best experience I've ever had at an VRBO. MAURIZIO was absolutely amazing! He offered to pick us up at the train station amd gave us a quick tour of his neighborhood. We are two women traveling alone and we felt very safe. There are 3 locks to get into the apartment so it's very secure and felt like a safe area. The patio is amazing and I loved hanging out there in the morning. The bus and train are very close. When our Uber was running late, he took us back to the train station and saved us from missing our train. He's so kind. Book just to meet this great Roman!
