En liten men väldigt fin lägenhet (monotype) med luftkonditionering, badrum med duschlåda, hårtork, tv-färg, gratis Wifi, kökshörn, välutrustat (två induktionsplattor, mikrovågsugn, elektrisk italiensk typ caffettiera, brödrost) och panoramautsikt terrass med markis, bord, stolar och chaises longues. För två personer. Beläget i ett bostadsområde i Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, nära parken Villa Pamphili, tio minuter från centrum av Trastevere, 20 minuter med buss från Colosseum. Restauranger, öppen himmelmarknad, stormarknad, någon form av affärer (en utsökt glassaffär också!) i samma gata eller mycket nära. Mycket bra och mycket billig-Rotisseries pizzerior (även take-away)

Small apartment, Great experience

When in Rome for a few days, you don’t need a lot of space where you sleep because you are out and about all day. This lovely small studio packs everything you need in just 16 square meters. BUT: you get a terrace to use whenever the weather permits. Situated in Monteverde, just up the hill from Trastevere, the neighborhood is clean, quiet, and contrasting from the noise and stress in the city’s central areas. Still, you find several very good restaurants and coffee bars close by -and a street market! To be recommended to singles or couples who want an uncomplicated and price worthy accommodation in the world’s capital, Rome.

The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and area great for 2. The terrace was fantastic. The flat was close to train and the city was easy to navigate ( even for country bumpkins) but the reason this flat gets my 10/10 is Maurizio the host was organized, communicative and incredibly helpful. Maurizio nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Il nous a montré, du haut du Janicule, les différents lieux importants de Rome avec des informations très intéressantes sur l'histoire mais il nous a également indiqué les restaurants et commerces proches de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités. Maurizio est un hôte chaleureux et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Romain. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Collecting us from the train station and dropping us back there was really helpful. Not only that, but he gave us a tour of the local area at a time to suit us! The tour was extremely informative and it was fascinating to hear about Garibaldi, as well as to have so many landmarks pointed out to us. Maurizio also gave us tips about good places to eat and helpful information about local transport. An unforgettable stay!The studio was well equipped and the terrace is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and is located in a welcoming neighbourhood with plenty of amenities on the doorstep.It was easy to navigate busses to the city centre to visit attractions such as the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. I would highly recommend Maurizio as a host and the studio as a comfortable and convenient base for couples planning a trip to Rome.

Cozy studio. The location is amazing, very safe and with lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Also the bus stop is right by the entrance of the building. We took bus 75 straight to the colosseum. There is a metro station 9min walk, we took the train bus to the Vatican city. The terrace is such a nice area to relax, we had breakfast and lunch there. Maurizio the host is such a nice and kind man, couldn't ask for a better host. He picked us up from the train station and took us on a tour around the neighborhood explained the history of the area. He was always available to answer questions and make suggestions. We used the laundry mat services near by (3min walk) recommended by Maurizio. I highly recommend Maurizio' studio to anyone visiting Rome. We hope to be back again soon. Grazie Maurizio!

This property is excellent - a small place to stay with the amenities you need, managed by Maurizio, a wonderful man who picked us up from the train station and not only brought us to the Studio, but also took us on a tour around the neighbourhood and showed us nearby views and monuments, with the best and most affordable recommendations for food. Maurizio wanted to take us on a longer tour but we didn't have the time in our stay, but the next time I go to Rome, the first person I'll call is Maurizio!

Maurizio ist ein sehr netter und kontaktfreudiger Gastgeber. Er ist sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht und hat uns eine private Tour durch die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Bus- und Bahnverbindung, sodass selbst das Zentrum innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Es ist fußläufig ebenso angenehm zu reisen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe gegeben und die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich auch selbst gut verpflegen kann.

Hermoso departamento, luminoso, muy bien equipado, en una zona hermosa donde se puede conocer otra cara de Roma, lejos del ruido y la multitud pero cerca de todo.Mauritzio, su dueño, super amable, nos dió un valioso tour de bienvenida y siempre estuvo dispuesto a cualquier pregunta o requerimiento.Un lugar súper recomendable para volver mil veces a Roma.

Nice place, great host. Stay is in a quieter neighborhood. Good bus service. I only wish the host could boost the wifi, because it doesn't work on the terrace. Also, I cannot get the television from antenna view to cable view. I will likely be back again.

A clean, comfortable, and quiet apartment - with a great terrace for relaxing in the evenings after long days' sightseeing - in a fabulous part of Rome. Maurizio our host is a most gracious and kind gentleman. After arriving, Maurizio gave us time to settle in; then, he took us on a grand tour of Janiculum. He pointed out the best restaurants and markets (I recommend PAM market) in the neighborhood; and as a bonus, he took us on a tour of the historical sites of Janiculum. Very interesting. I highly recommend this property. We won't forget Maurizio's kindness.

Highly recommend! The free 1.5 hour tour the host gave us of the Trastevere area was worth the cost of the stay. He even helped us order our first meal at a nearby pizzaria when we were tired, hungry, and mentally fatigued. The small studio has everything you need with a stovetop, small but deep fridge with a freezer that freezes, powerful microwave, and tv with 2 English channels (and lots in Italian). The bus line in front/nearby (depending on direction you're heading) takes you quickly to the heart of Rome. The host was great at communicating and met us right at the bus stop making sure we got off at the right stop the first time. He even took us to the train station the morning of our departure. Will tell everyone to stay here when in Rome!

Maurizio was an exceptional host! Clear communication from the moment of booking. Maurizio offered to pick me up and drop me off at the train station. Upon arrival, he gave me a tour of the area in his vehicle and told me of the areas rich history. Very clean accommodation located in a safe, quiet community. Bus 75 stops at the top of the driveway. Walkable to many places. I walked to the Vatican from this property. I will definitely book with Maurizio again! Thank you!

The apartment is the same as the photo. It is clean, organized ans has the basic things you need for your residence. We enjoy the residence and we hope to return some day!In addition, Maurizio, the host, wait for us in the train station after looking our plane plan all the day to took us home. Then, he showed us the neighbourhood with her car and explained the most important monuments and restaurants to eat. He was very kind and helpful.

Nuestra estancia fue realmente muy agradable, mauricio fue un excelente anfitrión, muy atento amable y predispuesto. Nos busco por la terminal de trastevere, nos dio un paseo con mucha historia por los alrededores del hospedaje con un excelente mirador. Realmente hizo de nuestra primera vez en Roma un viaje increíble nos vamos muy conforme. La zona es muy buena, el departamento esta super equipado para pasar una estancia muy comoda. Sin duda volveremos

I cannot recommend this studio enough. It is in a perfect location- not too close to major tourist attractions but close enough that it is very easy to travel to them. The patio/terrace provides spectacular views of the city and is even better at sunset. The actual studio is spacious and clean. I will be coming back!

Nice small studio that everything we needed. Nice terrace to relax in the evening and far enough out of town that you can enjoy some truly local food but still close enough to walk or taxi into the city.Maurizio was great! He gave us a guided tour when we arrived that gave us a quick overview or Trastevere and Rome highlights. We were very happy to have chosen this place to stay. Next visit to Rome we will be staying here.

There is no better accommodation!

Maurizio is incredible! So generous with his time, gave us a wonderful tour of the Trastevere area when we arrived to help us understand the area. Amazing terrace, equipped with a big bed, small kitchen, and bathroom. Maurizio, thank you for your attentiveness to us, and your kindness and helpfulness! I would go out of my way if I can ever come back to make it to this accommodation.
