Minerva in Pantheon apartment

  • Lovely apartment a few steps from the Pantheon located on the first floor, without lift. The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the "Franciscan" nuns.



    It consists of a large room divided into a dining area with table and chairs , living area with a single sofa bed, a sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette and a complete bathroom with shower (max 2 people - 30 m²).



    The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning \ Heating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.



    The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.

    The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



    The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



    Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. 



    We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. L’appartement est spacieux et la cuisine est agréable. Seul bémol le bruit des passants qui sortent de la discothèque jusqu’à 4h du matin …

la posizione incredibile sei vicino a tutto al massimo per qualche punto sei un po' distante, ma si tratta di neanche 2km, per quanto riguarda l alloggio veramente bello e pulito.

Great Location

Wonderful location, clean, convenient and very safe. Doorman was excellent! Air conditioning was ice cold. Great communication with owners. Everything you need for a stay to tour Rome.Would highly recommend!!!

Awesome location

Quaint Italian batchelor apartment. Relatively easy for cab to find. Walking distance to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain Good place would stay again

Booking this property was unfortunately a very big mistake. The air conditioning was the biggest issue. It is a mini split located in the kitchen of the apartment and cools only the hallway of the apartment. The bed doesn’t receive any cooling AT ALL. Additionally, the bed is located right next to a window and the apartment is directly above a night club. The night club is so loud and people were screaming and breaking glasses in the streets till around 4am in the morning. We couldn’t sleep for a single minute. The shower is also extremely small. Neither my husband or I fit in it as we are 5ft 8in and he is 6ft 4in. And the cherry on top were the small bugs everywhere. We killed atleast 5 in the bedroom. We immediately reached out to the property manager, went back and forth over messages for hours. She said the small bugs were harmless- regardless, we didn’t feel comfortable staying and it took hours to finally get approved for a refund for the remaining nights of our stay and move out. We had to find another place, cancel our reserved guided tour, pack all our belongings and get out immediately. They showed no grace or gave any wiggle room of time for us to gather our stuff. They said we needed to leave immediately or they would charge an extra night. It’s been the worst apartment/hotel experience I’ve ever had!

A+ Location

within a 20 minute walk from everything - honestly - and a small side street with 2 excellent quiet small quaint restaurants, convenient store and best local cafe with homemade flaky cornetto around the corner - * although the street is small, it is loud at night as the streets echo and cars go fast - but we left the widows wide open and I wore foam ear plugs and slept like a rock every night - would def stay there again. Nice manager on the first floor too.

This started off bad because I lost my phone while traveling and could not get information about check in. I spent 7 hours trying to get phone numbers for both VRBO and the property. VRBO responded but the property was extremely slow. We sat in the Rome train station for 2 hours doing an "online check in" with poor internet conections. But the worst thing--was the NOISE in room #2 from the bar below us! Sleepless nights except for Monday when the bar was closed. I would never stay here unless they would guarantee a room above and away from the bar.

Great location on noisy street

This property is in a fantastic location and very reasonably priced. It is an old building but the apartment itself is well maintained. However the street noise at night was unbearable even with windows closed. The building is located on a short quiet street but there are restaurants on both corners with outdoor dining. And for whatever reason there were people walking on the streets well into the morning hours (3-4 a.m) shouting- every night. It sounded as if they were right outside our window. Also while the description indicates a full bathroom the shower is barely big enough for an average sized person to stand in comfortably.

Great location, clean and comfortable

The Minerva property is close to everything worth seeing in Rome. Mere steps from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, the Forum and the Colosseum a short hike, St. Peter's only a mile down the road. Countless eating, drinking, gelatoing venues in the immediate area, and a magnificent church on every corner.The only negative one might have, and we worked around it just fine, is the near constant street noise. The apartment is situated on the corner of two fairly small, narrow streets. In spite of this, at times I doubt Times Square gets more vehicle and pedestrian traffic. This is a great feature, since the location is truly in the middle of everything, but may be unbearable for the truly light sleeper, especially with the windows open.That being said, plan ahead and enjoy your stay.

Super séjour

Appartement très bien placé. Au pied des principaux sites. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied (Panthéon, fontaine de Trévi, colisée, forum, capitole...). Situé à 50m des lignes de bus pour le vatican, villa Borghèse, villa Médicis, gare SNCF pour transfert Aéroport...). Très bonne literie et bon équipement électroménager. Tout est prévu pour cuisiner et prendre ses repas. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'arrivée par Léandro. Seuls petits bémols : la rue est très bruyante (circulation importante et surtout boite de nuit à 20m - heureusement nous avions prévu des protections auditives, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir malgré tout) et douche très petite.
