Den här prestigefyllda lägenheten ligger på 4: e våningen i en hissutrustad byggnad, och den är uppdelad i två våningar, så kom ihåg det när du gör arrangemang för resenärer som har problem med rörligheten.

Nedre våningen vid ingångsdörren, med gott om garderobsutrymme överallt du ser ut är ett fullt utrustat kök med stort vardagsrum (+ matbord) och två sovrum, varav en har en klädkammare och ett litet badrum med tvättmaskin). Ett andra badrum har ett badkar som fördubblas som en dusch.
Trägolv och träbjälkar i taket är ett samtal tillbaka till den långa historien om detta område av staden, medan inredningen är i en klassisk italiensk stil med värdefulla mattor och antika möbler.

På övervåningen är en tredje, mindre, sovrum med eget badrum med dusch: en perfekt lösning för en tonåring eller en extra gäst som vill behålla sin egen integritet.

Observera att det är en faktisk lägenhet som har hyrts ut på lång sikt för ett antal år fram till nyligen: därför är köket komplett med alla apparater och redskap och vardagsrummet.

Trots sitt extremt centrala läge är Via del Mortaro en otroligt tyst lägenhet, eftersom den har utsikt över en inre domstol.

En daglig städservice kan ordnas på begäran.

Perfect location, short walk to academia bridge to get to water taxis and small grocery/supplies.the view could not have been more perfect from the apartment. We loved that the windows could be fully opened as we all perched in them and watched the canal bustle. For such a great location it was still quiet and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. Our 13&15 year old daughters went out exploring on their own and were completely at ease. The house had plenty of room for the 4 of us and the master bathroom was huge and had hair dryers.we had everything we needed aside from silverware, maybe it was hiding in a random nook we just weren’t able to find. The beds were on the hard side, not ideal for a side sleeper but the living room couch was really comfortable. I would give them 5 stars if we weren’t told we were not allowed on the dock outside. Our first night we sat out there and watched all the boats go by and it was the highlight of our trip. We were very disappointed when we were told we not longer were allowed to do that.

Family of 4 and we absolutely loved our stay. Close to EVERYTHING! House was very clean, check in was a cinch. It’s in an alley and very very quiet. Near awesome restaurants literally right outside your door. We felt like we were sleeping at Nonna’s house. Decor was just perfect. I would stay here again and again!!! Thank you so so much. The apartment is in a convenient location. Tomasso greeted us, gave us all the info we needed, recommended restaurants and was responsive during the week when we needed something.The apartment was clean and comfortable for four of us. Even though it's in a busy area, it was quiet and safe. no issues.

Perfect location in Rome a stone’s throw from the Trevi fountain and other historic sites. The beauty of the place is how quiet the street and flat is despite being in the middle of everything. Host was available and very helpful in getting us checked in. Allowed early check in after our journey.

Our host was so kind and accommodating. This apartment is absolutely beautiful and block form Trevi fountain. The location is the best in Rome. I gave 4 stars only because it has an old dusty smell that really set off my allergies. The textiles need updating or deep cleaning. The host was perfect though!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Emanuel, our contact from From Home to Rome was very helpful and pleasant. Our group of 5 had plenty of room to relax, eat and make our plans. The apartment was really an oasis in the middle of one of Rome's busiest neighborhoods', and I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone. The only issue we had is that the stairs to the second floor bedroom had no railings, so the person sleeping up there has to be very surefooted.

Fabulous, clean, elegant and centrally located. This is one of those romantic Italian apartments, classically decorated and immaculate. The agent was thorough during the checkin process walking us through the apartment and pointing out specific features, amenities I asked about. I will definitely stay here again!

4.5 stars. We had a delightful visit to Roma and stay in the apartment. If we ever visit Roma again with our adult children, we will most definitely want to stay at this apartment. Overall, it was a pleasure to "come home" to after long days of adventure in Roma. The location was exceptional AND surprisingly very quiet for being in the center of popular sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable.The host was great at communicating every step of the way and were very responsive to our inquiries and needs prior to and during our stay. Our stay was 12-days with our two young adult children in the heat of August. Both had their own rooms, of which they were grateful for! The AC at night in every bedroom made sleeping comfortable. We loved the living area where we spent our end of adventure day reconnecting/recounting over apertivos in the dining room and living area. Thank goodness for a full kitchen! We used it a lot. We were grateful, too, for the washing machine. The drying racks were sufficient and effective at drying our clothes overnight. It truly made it like home (away from home).Our "do-better" feedback is to adapt to the guests culturally. We are Americans and didn't use the bidget and needed more rolls of toilet paper for a family of four staying for 12-days. We also would have appreciated more linens. But, the host was attentive to our needs and was responsive.Grazie mille!

Top notch service from the management team. They were very attentive and responsive!!The place was in such a convenient location. So close to food, shops and sightseeing. The laundry was a plus! The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly.Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the couches did not have much cushioning and were not comfortable. As a family of 5, we would definitely recommend.

The property was great. It was well furnished, comfortable and centrally located. It was very quiet considering how close it was to all of the tourist attractions. The check in process was easy and the property had an elevator which was handy for our luggage. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family

Beautiful 3 Bedroom Flat great for family

This is a beautiful apartment with three bedrooms and bathrooms. We had three adult children with us and found this to be very comfortable. The location is great as it makes it easy to get to everything around Rome with lots of things within walking distance. There is a lift with which makes it easy to get your bags to your apartment. We highly recommend this rental unit.

Outstanding place, amazing location and host

This apartment is absolutely perfect. It is located steps away from the Trevi fountain and about a ten minute walk from the Spanish steps. It’s also incredibly quiet and clean. We all slept very well. The host was extremely generous with their time and recommendations which were all outstanding. We will definitely be coming back to this location again if we ever visit Rome.

Nice But Loud Nights

The check-in process was easy and the gentleman provided a very helpful and friendly introduction to the unit. It was clean and seemed remodled recently. However, it's located on the the fifth floor (with access to an elevator) but that means we heard the wild cats and bird roaming around the rooftop throughout the night and it woke us up multiple times each of the four nights we stayed there. Because we need our sleep we wouldn't stay there again.

Location, location, location

This vacation rental is tucked away in a little side street in a great location, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and on the other side plenty of shopping and the Pantheon. There is a bus stop nearby, a cafe and a few restaurants less than 50 feet away. You can use the kitchen in the vacation rental but we ultimately used it for our left overs and late night snacks. The beds were comfortable but understand that there are rules to the heating and air conditioning so if you are in need of special heating or cooling during your stay just reach out to them in advance to see what they can do to support you. We went during a low season and the weather was still pretty cold and we would have preferred a little more heat but it was bearable. This space has a small washing machine and space to hang your light laundry to dry. We used it once to wash socks and undergarments during our week long trip. I wouldn’t want to hang my jeans to dry but otherwise it was a nice little help when packing. They provided a little bit of laundry detergent so if you stay for a while, plan on bringing or buying your own laundry detergent sheets. The rental is in a building with a lift and that was extremely helpful for the 5th floor unit and long days of walking. The property managers were able to help us with check in and were attentive when the tv was missing the remote. We recommend it for families because there is space to spread out and relax after long days of sightseeing.

A Little Bit Grandma - Steps From Trevi Fountain

This is a well located central apartment very close to Trevi Fountain. It is on the top floor (thankful for the lift!) but relatively dark as there are just a few windows and they are covered with shutters. The overall feel is that grandma moved out and we moved in...but it had everything we needed and was very quiet as well. The check in process was seamless and we also were assisted with middle-of-the-night airport pickup which was a huge help.
