The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed for single use, TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table with chairs, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90 m) and large wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, washing machine and WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wifi, independent heating with thermostat, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

Payment of the tourist tax will be required.
