Great location. Lots of room for a family of 4 on two levels and the washing machine was helpful. Terrace was a nice touch. Only complaint is that the nights can be somewhat loud with the major traffic on the corner and the intoxicated pedestrians stumbling by.

Great location, beautiful view, and lots of room to spread out. It was a great stay. My feedback to the host would be to replace the beds with modern beds and higher quality sheets/pillows. I would also suggest providing better quality towels. A new coat of paint in the bedrooms and bathrooms would add to a more luxury feel.

This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. We loved the terrace, the views, and the location. So many great restaurants just a short walk away near Piazza Navona. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, starting at the booking process and throughout our entire stay.

The location of this property was perfect! We could walk to the Vatican in less than 10 minutes, Piazza Navona was literally five minute walk as was one of the best gelato places in Rome. Nightlife and restaurants all in the area was fantastic. This was an excellent location and a great property to stay with family With plenty of space to spread out.

Wonderful, classic Rome apartment situated in the perfect location. Easy walking access to all the sights and sounds of this magical city, but quiet and private enough to feel homely too. Loved everything about our stay, especially the friendly, professional service provided by Sarah and Umar who managed the booking. Bellissima!

We had an amazing time at this 4th floor apartment. The elevator made entering and exiting convenient for the baby stroller and luggage. Our view from the outdoor patio was magnificent! And the location provided easy walking access to major attractions, restaurants and shops. We would definitely book this apartment again.

The apartment is beautiful and in an ideal location close to all main attractions and especially close to the Vatican. The host was able to provide a crib for our toddler which was ideal. It should be noted that it’s split level, so the master is on the first floor and the other main bedroom is upstairs, which is fine but important for those traveling with small children. The view from the patio is stunning and the apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The washer and kitchen are very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful Roman style property! Marble all around, and high-quality home. I love the outdoor Terrace for drinking coffee in the morning and sitting out at night.They had someone greeted us and show us around when we first arrived, and they were even available to help us when we accidentally forgot our key at one point. Extremely great experience! We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything and very convenient.

Family vacation in Rome

The place was perfect for the 4 of us. Beautiful views from all windows. We really enjoyed having a drink and resting on the patio. They were super responsive to any requests and very helpful. They arranged our shuttle to the apartment and also from the apartment to the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The apartment itself and views are beautiful but a few things need to be improved in order for this to be considered a luxury rental. We arrived late as planned and had informed them of our train details & arranged a private transfer to the apartment through them. Private transfer was no show for 30 mins. Waiting outside the train station with kids at night wasn’t ideal. We communicated with the host’s delegate, Umar, throughout and grabbed an uber to the apartment instead. Told the managing company of this but they didn’t comment. Checking in late we would have appreciated a more expedited check in process, which we requested so we could get settled, Umar visibly shifted in demeanour. After getting settled in we realized 2 slats to hold up the mattress on one of the cots were missing making it impossible to sleep on. I contacted the property managers who asked for pictures the next morning and they said they would contact a technician. On the last night of our 3 night stay they had it replaced but didn’t notify us someone would be going into the apartment. Bed sheets just ok, beds are cots and a pullout couch but the Master bed comfy. Shower temperature goes hot & cold but otherwise bathrooms fine albeit with some mold on ceiling. View is outstanding. No inner bolt for elevator which goes directly inside from ground floor. Told couldn’t take it down only up. No key to get in from stairs so must take elevator up. All strange and didn’t make us feel secure.

Family trip

Rome was the third stop on our family vacation trip to Italy, celebrating the graduation of our youngest son. We wanted to stay somewhere really special for this last part, and the via Paola was perfect! We walked everywhere, the location of the apartment was perfect. It was very clean, and quiet, even though there was a lot of traffic. Rome was extremely hot when we were there, but the air conditioning in the apartment was wonderful!
