He helped us with navigating the area and even exchanging money for local currency. “This property is listed by ebookers as being 0.01m from tahrir square. I booked with filters on as for a first short trip I wanted to be close to some attractions. Turns out this place is over a half an hour cab away from there and pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived, the taxi couldn’t find the property as it was in such a random location and then to add to that they couldn’t find my booking and demanded payment so took a few hours to sort this out. “It was not the same as the one i booked. The owner said it was over booked and he arranged a different unit. But it was in very poor condition and we had to find another place. The owner refused to refund our money. I have many pictures to prove my complain.”
