Slott i San Fernando Valley

“Decent property, house cleaning was loud in the mornings, no ice machine or anywhere to get water except for the bathroom sink. Wifi instructions were a bit confusing.”

“We enjoyed our stay, quite, clean and taco truck near by. Plenty of parking, close to Universal Studios. We would stay again 😁. Very nice and helpful staff too.”

“Nice pretty decent clean comfy room. The staff was alright. Good for the price in the area and most importantly it’s clean so it’s good”

“Amo la cadena Hampton y siempre busco hospedarme en uno de sus hoteles. En este caso, las habitaciones me parecieron viejas y algo descuidadas, pero el desayuno salva todo.”

“Excellent”

“On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.”

“Nice place to stay if you are visiting Universal Studios, rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.”

“Helt underbart ställe, rekomenderas starkt. Bra frukost, fina rena lägenheter och alla utrymmen. Poolen och ute omtådet mycket fint.”
