“Our stay at Hive was Ok the room was comfortable, clean and functional however during these two days with experience a moderately low service quality based following reasons:
1. Complex check-in experience as the staff were not familiar with Hotels.com booking process

“Our recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay.
