“Nerea är ett otroligt bra hotell och vi kom på oss själva med att ställa in ett par av våra aktiviteter för att bara spendera mer tid där istället. Enkel men bra restaurang, härliga rum och en liten men välskött och aldrig överbefolkad strand. Hotellet har också två systerhotell nedför gatan om man vill variera sig lite och använda deras strand/restaurang. Vi bodde i en rooftop suite med en egen liten pool men använde sällan terrassen då vi trivdes bättre på stranden. Stolarna där var också...

“The owner and his family are the staff, and they are the most helpful and friendly people I've ever encountered on vacation. The owner Miguel had all the recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area me and my girlfriend asked for. He was very professional and courteous. We couldn't be more happy with the room we stayed in and the staff. They all went above and beyond our expectations.”

“The hotel does NOT have 2 restaurants and a bar/lounge. After 17.00 when the Cenote park closes there is no food or drinks available anywhere near, and the cafe next to the hotel opens at 10.00 so breakfast was not an option. The park was a 3 hour event so would recommend others to go by car/taxi/collectivo and stay at a hotel somewhere else. ”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities.
