“The bedsheets towels were all stained the sink for the bathroom was atrocious. The smell inside. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was clogged. The towels and bedsheets were disgustingly stained towels were pitch black when they’re supposed to be white.”

“Nos cambiaron de habitaciones y también estaban muy sucias”

“The place is nice and quiet. Very close to El Zocalo and close to everything. Easy to access Uber drivers”

“Está a gusto, muy tranquilo y son amables los que atienden, pero puede mejorar la iluminación.”

“Dirty rooms, broken washrooms, terrible linen and towels. ”

“Was very clean and nice I would definitely come back 😎 also very private 🙌”

“yes service was good.. properly has excellent privacy and security.. room need upgrade in my opinion.. needs new blankets and towels.. the room was clean and quiet..”

“I was satisfied with my stay”

“Excellent location Reasonable price Air conditioning was difficult to adjust.”

“Staff was terrible, non-helping whatsoever. Parking was very limited, and the shower was clogged. Disgusting place, never coming back!!”

“Had a hot tub but it didn’t work never heated up. No one to respond if there’s an issue with the location. Hardest bed I’ve ever laid on. Pool was dirty in the unit, clumps of hair were in it. Lots of damaged and broken items and no mini fridge on a two story unit so no where to store anything. Cool concept, but it’s poorly maintained. Room wasn’t ready at check in time either”

“This is a pleasure couples motel not for family with children, very private with no face contact in the front desk and gated entrance, the food was good and the only issue I wasn’t happy to see hairs on the bed. I wouldn’t stay again there.”
