“Everything was great about the hotel! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of parking. It's expensive to park each day. It would be nice to have the cost ($50 a day) in half for customers. ”

“Great restaurant at this Crown Plaza. The room was comfy and clean though very small. The front desk staff were very accommodating and respectful when I was displeased with the location of the first room they gave me right in front of the elevators. ”

“This was the worst hotel to check in to if you come by car as there are no parking outside the hotel. I had to park where it is not allowed and run in to the front desk staff and check in. The hotel garage is not safe as the hotel is located in central Seattle and anyone could enter the parking garage from outside. The room was small and not so new and fresch as I had hoped for. Not good soundproof. I could hear seabirds all night. I wonder how this hotel can have so good rates. The breakfast...

“I like that it was in a very quiet, peaceful area with lots of nature. I didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast especially since there aren't very many nearby food options.”

“Mycket bekvämt med gångavstånd till terminalerna. Restaurangens mat och service var suverän. Vi hade bett om en flaska champagne på rummet vid ankomst som överraskning på min frus 60-årsdag men det fanns ingen tyvärr. Personalen i receptionen var supertrevlig.”

“Got upgraded to a larger apartment with two bedrooms, good for a family of four. Clean hotel with pool open from early morning until late evening. All good except the breakfast, which was completely without a soul. Not much good nutritions or fibers and just too much sugar, especially for the kids. Tasteless bagels, waffle making, yoghurt without fat but lots of sugar etcetera etcetera. Still a good choice of hotel.”
