“Det ser inte ut som på bilderna. Ofräscha, tråkiga och sunkiga rum. Städningen var ok. Inte äckligt kanske men onajs… funkar om man bara behöver sova någon natt medan man upptäcker Chicago. För min del vill man komma in i ett rum/hotell man kan slappa av i. Vi bytte hotell efter andra natten.”

“Nice hotel in a perfect location. Spacious room for a family of four. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront. A bit tricky to find the location by car, since the GPS showed us the way to the underground of the hotel.”

“Bra beläget hotel men det är allt. Rummen var smutsiga och fönsterna gick knappt att se igenom. Badrummet var fräscht och likaså sängen var bekväm. Det finns mycket att förbättra med detta hotell. Jag utgick från betygsättningen och har i efterhand svårt att förstå hur hotellet haft så högt betyg. Bemötande av gäster som ska checka in är under all kritik. Inte ens ett hej och välkommen utan bara ett ”name”. Hade servicen varit bra hade man kunnat tänka sig att man hade kunnat ha överseende...

“The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!”

“Bra hotell, framförallt bra läge centralt med gångavstånd till mycket. Bodde på 20:e våningen med fin utsikt över staden. Tyvärr var frukosten ganska trist och framförallt var allt på frukosten inpackat i förpackningar och till det användes engångstallrikar och plastbestick. Det drar ner betyget. Det tar mellan en vecka och tio dagar att få tillbaka depositionen vilket är rätt skumt.”
