Two private terraces including a rooftop with private pool loungers and hammock. Apartment features 1 king bed, fast fiber wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a guest bath. Bikes on site available for rental. Rooftop features a full bath with shower! Fully equipped gym and community pool also available. Aldea Zama features tons of shopping and dining! Aldea Zama is a master planned community in Tulum featuring lots of restaurants, grocery store shopping and dining. Minutes to beach and centro. Though Tulum is best explored by car, bike and scooter work as well.

Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic. Aldea Zama is also the other very walkable destination in Tulum with many options for shopping and dining.

Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.

-Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd

-Guest stays longer than 7 days we suggest a second cleaning
-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in
-Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury
-In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies.
-Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle.
-If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund.
-Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement.

L’appartamento è bellissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort, così come l’intero stabile (piscina comune e palestra). La terrazza privata superiore, con la piscina privata (piccola ma molto comoda), necessiterebbe di un po’ di piccola manutenzione per essere eccezionale. Complessivamente ottimo appartamento in cui tornerei sicuramente. L’ho at super disponibile e reattivo.
