The layout:

Common area: Coastal vibes throughout this remodeled studio. Walk in and you'll find the fully equipped kitchen(no dishwasher), then to the living room where you'll find high ceilings, bistro table(2 chairs), a queen size bed, Smart TV with premium cable, sofa sleeper, window AC unit, ceiling fan, and access to the lanai.

We have beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your use. We do not supply snorkel gear.

We have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen, and we have you covered.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
