“Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. ”

“Conveniently located near Rialto Bridge. The facility has sufficient equipment. The fact that there are two toilets is also helpful if multiple people are using the room. The person renting the room is very kind. The rooftop terrace is also nice. The floor is a little slanted, but even with that in mind, I can't give it less than 5 stars. This is a room that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.”

“Vänligt bemötande och kändes lite privat då vi inte såg några andra hotellgäster under två nätter i januari. Modern toalett och fint med kanalvy även om det just där färdades mest arbetsbåtar. Området kändes lite lugnare och oturistigt, lite mer lokalbefolkning. Perfekt ganska centralt men lite lugnare och mysigare område. Ok lätt att ta sig från tågstationen.”

“We had a great stay in Venice and this cozy apartment suited our family of 4 well. It is a 3rd floor walkup in a secluded courtyard, unfortunately there isn't much of a view (probably typical in Venice!). It's a fair walk from Rialto water taxi, so pack lightly. The hosts were super accommodating and were great communicators. ”
