Coral Springs Aquatic Complex

The service at this hotel is unfortunately not existing. We stayed for 7 nights and they cleaned our room the last two of them, after we reminded them 3 times per day. We asked them to at least provide us with toilet paper, towels and soup but they did not, even though they after each reminder told us they would do so within one hour. Therefore we had to go buy our own toiletries. Also, the air conditioning compressor is right next to the bed, making falling asleep very hard, because of the loud noise. You were able to turn of the AC but the compressor kept working, making noise. I do understand there are a lot of complaints from me but I want to really express my frustration. If you wish to use the elevators, you need around 10-15 minutes before they arrive, fully packed with other guests. The elevators also stops on every single floor on the way down. They did never care about our complaints.

Great location close to the beach, very helpful staff, especially Reinaldo who helped us with luggage, beach equipment etc. Clean rooms and generous amenities. A little noisy during night. Great value for money.

I didn’t have the best experience with my overall stay. The resort asks you to put a ridiculous cover charge just to claim your room. Had I known about the resort fees I would not have booked and I may never book with Expedia again. Transparency should be a booking company number priority to its customers.
