“Excellent location in a very nice town. A bit noisy with room towards the street. Very charming room with leaning floors and walls! Excellent breakfast (one morning) at the set time of 7.30. Next morning the breakfast was not until 8.00 without any specific information about the change. Street parking with fee between 8 and 18 (if I remember correctly).”

“The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price.”

“The hotel was ideal for my first night on the Ridgeway Long distance path being less than a mile off route. The room was a good size with everything I would expect. I had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were fantastic. The owner was helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it.”
